All content on removevocals.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, sounds, software, source code and visual design, is the exclusive property of NOTHING SAS or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website content, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from NOTHING SAS (nthg.fr).

4. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, NOTHING SAS (nthg.fr) is committed to protecting the privacy of removevocals.ai users.

Data collected: No personal data is collected by default. Importing, processing and listening work without an account; a free account (email address or Google sign-in) is required to download the result on Vocal Remover, Stem Splitter, Lyrics Finder and Mastering, and for the paid plans. Details in the privacy policy.

Audio processing: The editing tools (cutter, joiner, pitch changer, equalizer, bass booster, audio effects, converter, noise reducer, BPM finder, key finder, mastering, recorder) process audio entirely in the user's browser. Vocal Remover and Stem Splitter send the audio to our GPU separation servers (Modal, United States) for the duration of the job, with an on-device fallback if the server declines; Lyrics Finder sends it to our speech-to-text provider (Groq, United States) for the duration of the transcription. The file is deleted right after processing; on a paid plan, the files the user downloads are auto-saved to their project library until deleted. No audio is used to train models. This website uses essential cookies required for the platform to function, Google Analytics 4 for anonymized usage analytics, and Google AdSense display advertising on eligible free pages. Google may use cookies or similar storage to deliver and measure ads. Paid plans, founders and credit holders see no advertising. Details in the privacy policy, section 6.

Anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics 4) are collected to improve the service; the privacy policy explains how to opt out.

Results provided by removevocals.ai tools are for informational purposes only. NOTHING SAS shall not be held responsible for the use made of them by users.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. NOTHING SAS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Governing Law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
