Delete your RemoveVocals account

This page is for the RemoveVocals app (App Store and Google Play) and the website removevocals.ai, both published by NOTHING SAS, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. One account works on both: deleting it removes it everywhere.

1. Delete it in the app

1. Open the RemoveVocals app and sign in.
2. Go to Account, then Delete account.
3. Read what is deleted, tap Continue, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

If you use Sign in with Apple, the app asks Apple to confirm once, so the link between your Apple ID and RemoveVocals is removed too.

2. Or delete it on the website

1. Sign in at removevocals.ai/login with the method you use in the app.
2. Open your profile.
3. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete Account Permanently and confirm.

If you can no longer sign in, write to hello@removevocals.ai from the email address of your account and we delete it for you.

3. Subscriptions

• Plan bought on the website: it is cancelled together with your account. You are not charged again.
• Plan bought in the App Store or on Google Play: Apple or Google bills it, and deleting your account does not stop that billing. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, before or after deleting your account.

4. What is deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in methods, name and profile picture
• Your cloud projects, their stems and every file stored with them
• Your Studio sessions, lyrics history and email preferences
• Your HD credits and their history
• Your plan record and, for Founding Supporters, lifetime Pro access and the place on the founders wall
• Separation results still waiting on our app server, and the usage counters linked to your account

Deleting your account in the app also erases the projects saved on that phone or tablet, so export the ones you want to keep first. On another device, they stay until you remove them or uninstall the app.

5. What is kept, and why

• Invoices and payment records, including App Store and Google Play purchase references, for the period the law requires (accounting and tax). They are no longer linked to an account.
• Your Founding Supporter number and its payment record, so that the number is never given to someone else. Your name, postal address and other personal details are removed.
